Perhaps you have a wooden object that has some meaning to you? Some of the objects that I have turned into pens/cufflinks include tool handles (hammer, chisel, plane), wooden souvenirs, wood from a special tree or even a piece of furniture.
In addition I can also customise the pen, with custom finials, in the one shown, the customer wanted a feather on the cap finial, I make these from sterling silver and then gold plate them.
With all bespoke products, the printed certificate can have a custom message/wording in it.
